It’s time we let your true colours shine.

Therapy. From Queer to Queer.

Being a member of the LGBTQIAP+ community myself, I have a vested interest and vast experience in serving the community. In our sessions you will find yourself in a comfortable and safe environment where you are seen, where you are heard, where you are respected and celebrated — not despite of your sexual and gender identity but absolutely and 100% because.

Therapy & Coaching for the LGBTQIAP+ Community.

Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing are important to everyone.

Yet, in addition to general topics for therapy, the queer community is disproportionally affected by a number of issues unique to the LGBTQIAP+ experience. As an LGBTQIAP-affirming therapist and activist, I have extensive experience and expertise working with these themes. My own identity as a member of the community helps me provide a safe and trusting environment and a deep connection to your personal growth and transformation.

Each conversation is approached with respect, vulnerability and curiosity as I’m perpetually learning from you.

Some of the topics you might want to tackle together:

  • Your Romantic and Sexual Identity and Fluidity

  • Your Gender Identity and Fluidity

  • Your Coming Out — or Letting People In Journey

  • Your Social, Romantic and Sexual Relationships

  • Family Dynamics and Trauma

  • Addiction & Substance Use, Misuse and Abuse

  • Physical Health and Wellbeing, incl. STDs, Eating Disorders, Vaginismus, Erectile Dysfunction

Feeling Confident with Your Romantic, Sexual and Gender Identity

I grew up in a tiny rural mountain village with no openly gay man to be found for miles. My family was Roman-Catholic with church on Sundays and grace before meals. The concept of man and woman, boyfriend and girlfriend, husband and wife was never questioned or up for debate.

I wish I had a role model to guide me through my journey, from self-discovery to self-love. A companion, be it a neighbour, teacher, uncle, TV character. Anyone really.

No matter your age or life stage, your relationship status or background, exploring and delving into your own romantic, sexual and gender identity can feel daunting.

LGBTQIAP+. There are so many letters in an ever-expanding acronym and you may feel overwhelmed trying to find a place and community where you feel like you belong.
