Client Stories

It can be hard to explain this work until you’ve experienced it: the quiet shifts, the big a-ha moments, the feeling of coming home to yourself. Below, a few of my clients share what changed for them. Whether they came in with questions around identity, confidence, leadership, or next steps, each journey was different and deeply personal.

These are just some stories among many. You might see a bit of yourself in them.

From overthinking to trust

Learning to feel at home in their skin again

Ti, a consultant based in Amsterdam, came to our sessions feeling stuck in old patterns. Overthinking, second-guessing, and unsure what to do next. They wanted to understand themselves better and respond to life with more clarity and care.

Together, we worked on building trust in their own reactions and, over time, things got clearer. Ti felt more comfortable in their skin and more ready to take action, even when things were hard.

Connecting the dots

A fresh perspective during a season of change

Dave, a multidisciplinary leader in Berlin, had already tried therapy and coaching, but still felt something was missing. In a time of big transitions, he reached out to connect more honestly with himself.

Our sessions made sense of what felt scattered and worked through things he hadn’t voiced before. He came away more grounded, more in tune with what matters, and committed to the goals that once felt out of reach.

Stepping into the next chapter

Showing up fully, at work and in life

Billie, an engineering leader in Australia, was navigating career changes, life transitions, and a deeper connection to her identity as a trans woman. She came to me wanting a space where she didn’t have to rush. A space to slow down, reflect, and become more confident.

We explored self-worth, authenticity, and simply feeling more real. She started showing up more fully, in work and in life. With more calm, more clarity, and a stronger sense of who she is.
